Coverage

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all counseling services between me, Ricardo Cantergi, and the client.

Confidentiality

I am committed to maintaining confidentiality regarding all matters and information that I become aware of in relation to the client during the counseling sessions.

Binding Dates

Agreed dates are binding. If the client needs to cancel a session, they must inform at least 24 hours before the scheduled date (even in case of illness). Otherwise, the agreed service fee will be charged.

Online Counseling

Online sessions are conducted via the Google Meet platform. Make sure you have a sufficiently stable internet connection.
