How I Can Help

My focus is to help you in the process of relocating, establishing new roots, and facing the challenges of your new daily life. With a degree in Psychology, training in Intercultural Psychology, and my own experience as an immigrant, I have gathered knowledge that I offer to support you in this stage of your life.

I am not here just to help carry the weight of your challenges, but to help make them lighter. I bring different perspectives to identify the cause of difficulties and offer tools to face them. But the actions and achievements will be yours! Seeking help is a great first step and shows your commitment to pursuing a fulfilling journey.

How to get started

One of the first steps in adapting is to feel like you belong in your new place. It is common to cling to the comfort of your new home, but still feel distant from the city and its culture. That is why I will help you connect with the world outside, make the city your own, and see yourself as part of it. That's why my in-person and online sessions take place outside the office or home. The external environment becomes part of the therapeutic process, allowing you to explore and feel more comfortable in this new space.

Other forms of support

I organize sharing groups for people who are going through similar experiences. These meetings are an opportunity to realize that you are not alone, to exchange experiences, to discover new solutions, and to bond with others who are also on this path.

Self-knowledge and coexistence

During this process, you will encounter a diversity of cultures, behaviors, and life stories. Each person is unique, and my role is to help you relate better to all of this without losing touch with who you are. Adaptation begins by opening yourself up to what is new, but without neglecting your own self care.
